De bronnen zijn deels opgemaakt met <a href=\"http:\/\/zotero.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Zotero<\/a>&nbsp;en deels afkomstig uit oudere bibliografie\u00ebn, zoals die van <em>De genade van de steiger<\/em> en <em>De nieuwe Bavo te Haarlem<\/em>.
